Hi

I am having problems connecting to the Windows Active directory server using access manager. When I enter the information in the configuration manager wizard and click on test I get an error message saying 'Authentication Data not found' I have gone through several checks on the AD but cannot find the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to extend the schema first through Configuration Manager. Make sure that the user that you are using to extend the schema is part of the group that owns the schema (typically Schema Admins). Also, the schema must be extended on the master schema server and not a child domain.
