We are running server 2003/Exchange 2003 SP2 in our parent domain. I have a child domain running Server 2003. The child is NOT running Exchange

I have several users who have mailboxes on the parent domain who are moving to the child domain. What is the easiest way to set them up on the child domain so they can access their mailbox in the parent domain through Outlook?

I already have run the Exchange setup/domain prep on the parent DC and created a RUS for the child DC on the parent Exchange server.

I tried to use ADMT and do a user migration. The user account and all attributes migrated sucessfully, however in the child domain, I cannot access the mailbox through Outlook. On the Exchange server in the parent domain, the mailbox has a red x by it.
