Hi,

I was wondering out of curiosity if access has this capability of recording who has logged in and what modifications (for example editing or deleting records) have been made and by whom. I think this has to do with logs or some sorts. If it can, it'd be very useful especially when there is not only you using the database and you might be interested in knowing who made these or those changes.

Thank you very much in advance and look forward to hearing from you.

The ldb file isn't a particularly accurate way of logging who is currently in a system as it isn't guaranteed to be up to date.

My recommendation would be to write your own system to log this information and the same goes for an audit trail system.
