I want to set up an access list to stop IP from going out of my E0/0. I no how to set up the access list, and access group to do this. However the subnets that I want to block may change from time to time and I don't want to delete the entire list whenever I need to allow a subnet that was previously marked as deny. Does anyone know of a good way to make changes to an existing access-list without deleting the entire thing?

You can have a text file on a TFTP server and just upload the edited and correct config each time. You can also just cut and paste the list at the command prompt. You can also use a tool and upload via SNMP. Just remember to save the config to NVRAM each time the change is made in case of a power loss.
