Access-list problems. ON a Cisco 1701

Currently having problems connecting Cisco 1701 routers using GRE Tunneling. I've been unable to get an IPSEC CRYPTO accross the link working but I've got to the point where I can ping both networks from a DOS box at either end but when I try and run apps such as a Terminal server Client across the link its just bombing out. I think its access list based the problem. So the question is where do I need to put the access list. For the tunnel to work.

I'm not too clear on what you want to do. Does your GRE tunnel work OK, and now you want to encrypt it?
