I am linking a table in Access and when I view the contents of the linked table I get "#delete#" as the data. Yet if I import the data it is fine. Anyone ever see this? I had one other table like this that I resolved by changing the key fields but this one table I'm stuck on.

Are you linking via ODBC? If so what type of DB is the origional data stored in?

Yes it is an ODBC connection. Connecting to an Ardent/Informix/IBM Unidata 4.1 database.

Did it work before, but now does not...or is this your first try?

Oh,...and is it just the table itself that reads the error or a query of the table?

i've tried before with this table but same problem. It displays the bogus information when viewing the table.

Is this in AS/400 db2 format? and if so....maybe the latest client access ODBC driver will help....

Did you check for an updated odbc or mdac driver ?
