hai

we have a framerelay 256kbps and i would like to prioritize the traffic like we have 4 vip customers
and i want them to get more bandwidth for them
any help appriciated

RAW solution is configure frame relay PVCs for your VIP customers configure priotiry queue for them.

use frame-relay traffic-shaping command.

Also use cir in / out in map-class command

map-class Mumbai

frame-relay cir in 2000000

frame-relay cir out 56000

There is also adaptive-shaping concept in map-class.
