We put a new Access 2010 only copy to a PC which also had Office 2000.
We wanted to remove the Access 2000. So I did the control panel remove.
I was not asked what component to remove. So all of Office 2000 was removed by mistake.

So now the new Access 2010 is on the PC.

We are thinking now that we would like to remove the Access 2010 and go buy a new Office 2010.

1 - In doing so, how to we get our license back for the previous Access 2010 (only) copy?

2 - Also, the Outlook 2000 was removed in the process.
Will we lose those email addresses or are they somewhere else on the computer?

We like the Access 2010 by the way.
Thanks much.

never mind. I read on the internet that one just calls microsoft to explain. Today, we took off 2 Access 2010 licenses and put on 2 ms office 2010 licenses. whenever we need the plain access 2010 boxes, we will call them if we get a problem. i had thought that MS could have a de-install method. So never mind.
