Access label Scrolls to a full page instead of next label

I created a label report roughly 5'' X 3'' for printing on a dot matrix printer (MX P1123). The problem is that upon printing, the printer does not move to the next label it advances the label roughly the distance of an A4 paper.

Is there a way to set this appropriately? Also, is there a way to direct it to print a certain number from visual Basic?
