Two questions from a Advanced Access guy who is now a VB6 beginner.

Subject: Menu Editor

I have created a menu and attempted to use the & to underscore access keys (i.e. &Clock and two submenu items &Date and &Time.

When I run the program the &Clock works sometimes and sometimes not - the two submenu items never show the underscored D or T.

Any suggestions?

Also, how do I change the default drive and folder for my .vbp projects data files.

I have tried everything but refuse to throw up my hands.

In XP (and I think W2K) the underscore shows when you hit the 'Alt' key, but not otherwise

Re the menu underscores have look at thread222-441938.

Change the "Start in" for the VB6 shortcut to point to the required folder. Then create a shortcut directly to the vbp file once it exists, use this to start your vb session.

Hope this helps
