I have tested something with sharepoint but now I'm working local again. But ACCESS keeps asking whether I want to update the sharepoint version every time I start up my access applicatin. How can I stop this "bar"asking to update?
Is it asking to update/refresh links to your SharePoint site, perhaps? If so, that means you've got linked tables, and that's they way it'll be so long as they're linked, I believe.
If you're using Access 2007, you can look under:
Office Button - Access Options, maybe, to find a solution. Otherwise, there may be a table property for the particular linked tables for "always refresh" or something like that.
But with the information given, I'm totally guessing at this.
Or if it was an attempt at sarcasm, stating my comment made no sense, then how about trying to be polite when asking for help, and posting a reasonable question to begin with. If you visit any forums on the net, you'll quickly find this: If you want good answers, ask good questions. Your question was about as vague as: My 'puter's broke, help!
