How can I eliminate the blank and numeours copies of my report when I print. All suggestions are needed and welcome. There are 13 reports that generate over 100 unneccessary pages. I checked the size of the report (if it was reaching over in the right border). Every thing is fine. I use my switchboard to open a form. Then the switchboard opens the 13 macros that prints my reports. Please help.....

Do you have page break controls in your reports? Are the pages blank? Are you getting extra pages in each report? What are your left and right margins, report width, and paper width?

The page parameters are correct. How do I use a page break. I can do it with word, but I didn't see anything in access that related to it. Could you give me some instructions?

Keep in mind that the total report width is the physical report width you see in design view, plus the left and right margins. If that exceeds your paper size you will get extra blank pages in-between.

Do you have group headers and / or footers? If so, check their Force New Page properties to make sure you're only performing this in one or the other.....

Hoc nomen meum verum non est.

rdkirb49,
A page break is a control (like others) that you can add to your form or report while in design view. It's in the tool box.

If you are having blank pages print in between pages I have usually found this to be a result of the report being too wide for the specified paper and margins. If you are building the report with a wizard try to fit the report within the established format. My reports on portrait type paper are usually only 6.5 to 7" wide. Once I go over that I start to get blank pages in between. You can of course adjust the margins to get a bit more space if needed.

I think that is what I was getting at:
What are your left and right margins, report width, and paper width?

We never did get a reply back on what the reports margins or width values were.
