My database is printing in triplets. I have installed page breaks & checked right margins. Can anyone tell me why it is doing this and give me a solution to this problem.

You will need to provide more details than this for us to help. When you say "triplets" do you mean the same page 3 times. Or one page and two blanks. Please be more specific. Also, post your margin settings for the report and the width of the report itself.

Is this happening on all reports or just a specific report.

It is printing the same page 3 times. This is happening on all my reports. The margins are set to .5... Access is not printing any blank pages.

Try printing a report and while it prints check your Print Manager screen(control panel) and see if there are 3 print jobs or one. Just a thought. Haven't a clue yet as to what the problem is but hope you have lots of paper available. LOL Just kidding. Not really funny is it.

Will try to help you figure it out.

Open a report in design and then from the File menu select Print. See if the default setting for number of copies says 3.

Guess what everyone. I found out the problem. There is duplicate data in my datasource causing the error. Sorry.. I feel like a dufus..

Wouldn't you like to have a TT Delete Thread button right now. Yes, we all have done such things. Don't feel bad because everyone here has done it. Good luck.
