I have 2 forms: 1st form shows EE ID, First, Last, the 2nd form shows EE ID with the other data. Instead of going back/forth to look up EE's name or ID, can I customize the 2nd form so that when I type in EE ID, the name shows up? Not sure if this is possible in Access, please help. Much appreciated!

One way is to use your second as a linked subform of the first.
Another way is to bound the second to a query joining the tables instead of only one table.

Hope This Helps, PH.

Sorry, I'm new to Access, so if you could explain in details a little bit, or it you have a form you can show me? I really appreciate it.

In the design mode of the first form drag and drop the second form on to it. This then becomes a sub form of the first.

The recordsource for the second form can then be based on query that looks at the value of the control you entered the EE ID into.

I would start by making the sub form invisible and then on the update event of the control on the first have the subform requery and then change the visible property to true.

Hope that isn't too confusing.
