Hi
I am trying to graph in access97. There is a graph that I use in Excel called a "Line - Column"

My first question is can you customize the graphs in Access to do the same as excel "line - column" graph? I do not see this option in Access graphs.

If the answer is Yes - Is there any way to customize this graph to show TWO lines instead of ONE?

I hope this makes sense.
Thanks & Let me know what you think

Ms Access and Excel both use the same "Applet" for the numeric seriec "Graphs" (technically, they are really Charts), so it is sort or 'Anything you can do I can do -better. Unfortunatly, the process is less obcious in Ms. Access than in Excel, as Excel just "Dumps" you into the dhart applet and lets you 'do your thing' and then returns. With Ms. Access, you need to add a reference tot he chart applet and then do all of the manipulation via code. Ms. Access '97 has a pretty good section in the HELP system to show you how to get into the API (programming interface). Once in the mystery house, lights come on pretty rapidly - and then you can do lots more in Access than Excel. It does take a while to exlplore the mystery house though.
