First, make a backup copy of your database. Then compact and repair your database. If that doesn't work, try creating a new database and import the form. If that doesn't work try the undocumented feature /decompile. See See Thread702-529442. Remember to always keep a backup of the original database so you can always make a copy of it when you want to try something to try to fix it.
