I have created a form in Access. It is a Employee Profile. I was able to create it with no problem. In the form view I can see each record (1943 records). When I did a print preview I was able to see the first page. When I click on page 2 it was a blank page but when I clicked on the next page I saw half of the contents on the page. How do I get the second page to show all contents after the first page on all pages. Also I want to be able to see the form header on every page in print Preview. How am I able to do that?

How are ya vince1209 . . .

Printing forms is always messy. Make a report instead!

Thanks for your response AceMan. Is it possible to save the info that is a form into a report?

Just create a report and use the same source data - the form is picking up the records from a query (or maybe a table?) - set a report to use the same. You bypass the form altogether.

Having said that, your problem is probably that the form is too wide and/or tall. Try messing about with the field placement, margins, portrait/landscape settings etc.
