Access Forms (Tab Control) with SQL Tables 1

We have a database on an SQL Server with an Access frontend. My access form is Tab Controlled and has 5 pages. The problems I am having is adding a new record now that the tables have been linked to the SQL server.

It works fine using tables locally (in access) but since linking to the SQL server I get an error message when I try to add a new record. I know I've missed something vital - but what is it??

Any chance you could post the whole error message and which line of code is highlighted when in debug mode ?

Thanks PHV for your response. I think I've managed to resolve it - I deleted the first page of the form and re-created it - now it will accespt new data - that's sorted that bit but I may well need help with the rest of my task - I'll get back to you - Cheers!!
