Access form tutorials?

Hi,
I am brand new to access forms, and am trying to put together a CDROM that does basically what the following link can do- take values from form fields and arrange them on a later page which can be printed out as an ID card.

I'm really a cold fish in this matter, so I understand if no one can walk me through everything. Are there any tutorials I should know about?

The thing that you try to achieve is easy with Access, but will take time to put them all together. Try this website for tutorial, and come back for more questions!
