Access Forbidden Error While Creating a new project 1

In the first link, Could you please explain me the Item#12 ?

I actually did the steps of the permission wizard as given in the above URL.

Even then, it gives me the same error. Can you tell me where I'm making a mistake ?

Yes I'm able to in my machine, which is not the webserver.

My server runs Windows 2000 and so does the development machine(mine).

I have the latest service pack and all. VID6, SP5 etc.

If I attempt to create a project in my machine, it creates one perfectly, but not in the server.

Item #12 reffered to #6, Is the web server setup for IUSR_machinename? Have you recently re-started your web server?

Yes. Our server name is Sun(just machine name ).

And the IUSR_SUN is allowed access to the machine. Should IUSR_SUN have write permission/full control ? Thank you,
