Access Forbidden Error While Creating a new project

Hi,

Whenever I try to create a project in Interdev, I get the error,

"Access Forbidden ". This happens when I attempt to mention my webserver's name and click Next.

Details

Windows 2000
Visual Studio, SP5
IE 6


Have any of you experienced this error earlier ?

Please help.
