Hi all,

I have an Access report that needs to be exported to word Periodacally for use by other people. My problem is that the Footer of the report isn't always in the same location after export. If there is a lot of records on a page, the footer goes all the way down (like .25 from the bottom) as it is supposed to. If there is not a lot of text on a page, the footer goes up (like .5 from the bottom, sometimes more) This is frustrating and makes the whole report look worse. Is there any way to ensure that when Exported the footer will always appear on the absolute bottom of each page? Please help!
Thanks

I have never success in exporting Access Reports to any other format keeping the formatting intact except Printing to PDF or create a snapshot(*.snp) file. (I believe it is not possible with Access)

You can search the forums. there are lots of posts about PDF.

I use snapshot. Very simple, the viewer is free and installed here at my company on every machine (thousands of users).
