I have an Access database that works fine on all computers on my network except for one. For some reason the events I have coded for certain forms do not work on this one computer. They work fine on all others. It worked fine on this computer until we installed net framework 3.0 and the service pack 1. Has anyone ever had this problem before? I have installed net 3.0 and service pack 1 on another computer and the database works fine on it. I'm running out of ideas. I even tried to remove the networked printers on the computer because of I flaw I saw on Google. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

This should be posted in one of the Access forums, probably
Microsoft: Access Other topics

Are all computers using the same version of Access?

Yes they are all using Access 2003. First post, sorry about being in wrong forum.

Do all the computers have the right references for any modules or vba codes?

I checked by going into access and clicking tools, references and they are the same. Unless there is another way to check. It worked fine before and now after 3.0 it has stopped working.

How about the priority of the references? For instance, if ADO is ahead of DAO, DAO recordset code can fail.

"Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.
That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes."

The list is as follows (in order);
Visual basic for applications
MicrosoftAccess 11.0 Odject Library
OLE Automation
MIcrosoft DAO 3.6 Odject Library
Microsoft ActiveX data odjects 2.1 Library
Microsoft Calender Control 11.0

There is nothing else checked.

This hotfix was the issue. I had this thread in another forum. This was the fix. Thank you all for your help.

Are there any Reference issues with the stubborn PC?
There is also the issue of SP3 for Office. If you have not installed SP3 yet then don't and wait for SP4. If you have, then has the HotFix also been installed?
