access error on some win2k systems

Running access 97 on a win2k pro system, trying to start the app a error occurs on about 3 of 5 systems. That is 2 systems run fine???? One of the failing systems has no apps other the office 2K running. The app uses 97 because it is a legacy database.
Looks like a VB error?

Compile error in hidden module

I have done searches on the web and here nothing fits.

Any Ideas?
