Access error message 1

We got an error message that states "cannot access specific record" when trying to save a record from a form. The system is networked and all users are locked out from saving a record. Does anyone have an idea what the message is telling me and a solution?

Try checking the default record locking option on the advanced tab of the database window's Tools | Options menu. It should be set to edited record.
