access equivelent to mySQL getdayofmonth etc

Hi,

I'm trying to convert a program written to run with a mySQL database and I'm trying to find out if access has similar function.

I'm trying to find functions that return:

- the day of the month (eg 1 to 31)
- the month of the year
- the year

unfortunately I'm no expert with access

Any suggestions?

For today (assuming MyDate = 6/17/2005:

Day(MyDate) produces 17
Month(MyDate) produces 6
And you'll have to guess what to use to get the last one
