I have written a mailing label report for a database on my PC using Access 2000. When I tried to run this report on another PC also using Access 2000 it did dot recognise the function Trim. I then tried some other reports which contained the Date function with the same result. The application asked me for the Date as if it were an unknown field.

Is there some setting that turns functions on or off? I am completely baffled.

Can anyone help?

Open a code module and check the REFERENCES. You probably will not one or two as MISSING. Check them back on and Access should re link to the missing DLLs..You may need to exit and re enter Access for this to click.

There are two ways to argue with a woman - neither one works.
