Access Documenting Tool

Hi all

A database in our company is being shipped up to the company that bought us out in a few months.
I've been charged with providing a user guide and data mapping for the database itself.
I know that there is a tool in MS access to allow you to document the tables etc.

I was wondering if anyone has used a tool that will show the flow of data through the database.
Or show what query uses what table etc...

Basically, i have to pass a document to another I.T. for him to be able to understand whats happening in the database.

I dont mind paying for it if there is a really good tool.
