To All,
I have an Access 2002 application that is essentially a front end for a SQL DB. The application runs on a remote server running Windows 2003 Server using Terminal Services as the host. Each user uses Remote Desktop to access the app. A total of 10 users have access to the server.
The users are reporting that occasionally, the Access app. simply disappears. No error message - no message of any kind. The application screen simply goes, "poof" - it disappears and they are left looking at the desktop.
The remote connection is fine. The application is gone. The users can log back on and continue working, but this is an irritating disfunction.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?
Thanks,
Bill T.
