I have an Access XP program (using the Access 2000 file formats) that is being installed via the Office XP Developer packaging wizard. Occasionally a user will try to intall the program and will get an error "that the computer must be at least NT4 service pack 6" to install. All users report being on either W2K or XP with current service packs. I can't duplicate this in my testing and it happens infrequently. Anybody have ideas on what is going on?
