Im trying to set permissions to a folder and there is a .mdb file that says Äccess Denied". Im doing this on the Windows NT server as the Administrator. Why cant I change the permissions for that file so users can open it and change info?

Any Ideas?

Hello,
The reason might be that Admin account does not have permissions to this file. Try taking ownership of the file and then change the permissions.
