When I try to create a file in Explorer on a second hard drive I get a: Problem creating object- Access Denied message. I can Rename and move data to and from files but not create a file. I am running Win 98 which dual boots to NT Server with multiple configured drives. Any ideas??
Check the access rights on the drive. Check the access rights of the user you log in as.

Meaning while booted into NT Server? I checked while in Win 98 but no problems there. I will re-boot and check In Disk administrator- (I think i already did, but will again).

98 and NT on the same drive?
Try creating files in 98 in its directory and in NT in WINNT. If that works then it sounds like an NT Server permissions thing. If it is not on a network then go into NT Server and set access rights to all disks with everyone group. That should cure the problem and then you can change them.
