Access Denied when accessing server via console

We run Insight Manager 7 (Insight Mgr XE) When I try to view the hardware details of some of my servers via the management console, I get a “certificate” information screen. I install the certificate and click “yes” to continue. I then get a login screen asking me for a password. I fill the password in but get an Access Denied page. I know it has something to do with the IE “Certificates”
Does anyone have any suggestion?

If that login screen is a Compaq web agent login, it has nothing to do with certificates. You need to install the 5.3 agents and "pre-configure" them by running cpconfig.exe before you deploy them. Decide on a password for the web agents and choose to overwrite existing security.
