Dear all,
When I backed up with the remote client agent for Windows for a WIN2K Advanced Server, I got a warning! -
"Failed to open file <..\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ArcServe Backup\LOG\BrightStor.log> RC=5. Access is denied>"
I just set up the ArcServe with the default setting (e.g. default sharing property for the folder "BrightStor ArcServe Backup"
. Do I need to change the Sharing property for the folder? BTW, the BrightStor.log is now around 15MB. Is there something to do with the size of the file? How can I control the size of the file?
