Since updating computers to W2K our network printers are showing "Access Denied" in the printer status. This will become a major problem since users will be unable to manage what they print. Anyone seen this? Can anyone help?
Install the printer locally under the administrator profile. Then go into the port settings and change LPT1 to the network address. On the permissions tab, (right hand mouse on the printer), add "everyone" to have "full access" of the printer.
