Access denied message after a newer version of DTS package was created

I need help as yesterday i created a new dts package which is a copy of old DTS package because it was under some other users name so i saved it under mine
there is was job associated with this DTS package and now it is failing and giving following error messeges

DTSRun OnFinish: Create Table [Page4].[dbo].[NEW] Step

DTSRun OnStart: Copy Data from newagin to [Page4].[dbo].[NEW] Step

DTSRun OnError: Copy Data from newagin to [Page4].[dbo].[NEW] Step, Error = -2147467259 (80004005)

Error string: Error opening datafile: Access is denied.

please advice me what need to be done why i am getting this access denied message as i have the sa rights on this machine.
