ACCESS DENIED in exchange 2003

Hello,
on previous thread i said the BE 9.1 says my XCH2003 is cupprot. but it says before it, ACCESS DENIED...
i tried with NTbackup - and its working ok...

the user is administrator,, what can be wrong with it?
its just after upgrade... from 2000

I may not have all the information required to comment on your environment, particularly if you have done a migration. But I did have to overcome a similar challenge with "Access is denied" messages when trying to setup my selection list for my new Exchange Server 2003. When I tried to select the mailbox store I would get the credentials setup box popping up and no matter how many times I reset the password or changed the service account and its permissions I couldn't select the stores.

Have a look at Veritas KB article 242606 - "Preliminary Troubleshooting List for Exchange and mailbox backups ", it was useful to me.
