ACCESS DENIED-Cross Edition products (Workgroup, Enterprise, etc) cann

I have just installed what I believe to be version 2 of the Arcserve 6.61 Exchange DBagent onto a "new" Exchange server I will be making live in 1 week or so. However when I try to expand the "MS Exchange Server" node in ASMGR I get a pop up error which states "ACCESS DENIED-Cross Edition products (Workgroup, Enterprise, etc) cannot function together. Please update your Client or Backup Agent's edition to match the edition of the ASO manager". The Help option on the ASmgr states "Advanced Storage Option for Windows NT" , version 6.61, Build 885SP1". As far as I knew the DBagent is not edition specific so should work with this version of ASMgr. Has anyone else suffered similar problems?

nah, you'll have to get the dbagent for exchange specific for ASO. I know its annoying, but what can you do? Considering you have service packed ASO, then you may be able to download it from the support site under ASO, if not it may be already in the service pack you used for the main server. If it is, then simply install the exchange agent from your own ASO CD, and service pack it.
