access denied by exchange to veritas

i have renamed the administrators mailbox and now get access denied by veritas backup

i then created a user veritas and a mailbox veritas and made the services statup using the veritas user

backup running fine under new user but mailboxes still getting access denied

what do i need to do to get the backup to work

all help appreciated
