I have posted this before, and did have a template form, however having lost my template I am spending so much wasted time in each property, making font, size, colors etc.

Why do we have default fore colors of text you can hardly read instead of black. Is there somewhere in this application where I can change basic defaults once and for all. Thanks

Create a new template form. This is local to the database. I typically start each project/application with a template application file that has all of my standard code, dialog forms, tables, etc.

Thanks Duane,

I wish a template would answer my use, every project is so different to the other. I don't know how Calibri was ever chosen as default font, or the lighter font forecolor is what it is and barely readable.

But thanks, I will go back and maybe make 2 or 3 Templates. I was just hoping there might have been someone that had found a tucked away file.

If you weren't using a template before, then why would you need several? Just put your normal form and the generic code that typically has value in every application. Then just copy and rename this file to start a new project.
