access db wants me to log on when not required

I have C.E. 9.0 set up on an isolated box and I loaded some C.E. 8 reports and an access db in the same folders onto the 9.0 box. It is asking for an authentication to the database which requires none. Do I need to set up rights on one of my servers??? Any ideas???
