i have a access 2003 database i want to share with my team, on the web. what is the easiest way to pulish it and have it functional in a web setting?

This depends on what you mean by "easiest", "publish", and "functional". I would use ASP. This somewhat depends on the technologies available from your web host.

I wouldn't use Access Pages (DAPs).

This isn't really the forum for asking web development questions. There are TT forums for Coldfusion, ASP, .net, and other web development languages.
