I need help Creating a query for my Database Project I am attempting to do.

I am Creating a football Pool and need Help Creating a Query that will for a football Pool,

a) Show me all Players that have Pick the same (ProTeam)Twice In one Record.

B) Scan the Whole table and records and see which Player ( PlayerID) Picked the same team (ProTeam) more than two times
