Access Db modeling and reverse engineering

I am looking for software that will allow me to design and map a database and convert it into an Access database as well as reverse engineer a database. I am familar with Visio but I need to know if it can do this specific task.

If Visio does not or is not the best software please provide alternative software recommendations.
