Access DB Connection Help!!

I have always used SQL Server and VB using the CRViewer to display my crystal reports (v.8.5). I want to make a simple app that runs off of a local Access database with no password. I want to be able to SetLogonInfo in VB and simple pass the parameters into the report and call a query parameter within Access for the data. It seems like it should be a fairly simple procedure, but with all of the documentation through Crystal I can not find anything that works. HELP!!!
PS, I also need the user to be able to give me the location of the .mdb file so it must be set at runtime...
