Is there any "version" of access, or perhaps another application that serves to let people use a finished
database, but not have access to all of the menus and features of Access?

My goal is for my database forms to be the only interface for the use of my databse - I don't want a lot of other
toolbars and fluff hanging around. I already know that I can hide toolbars using macros, but one can always right click on the menu bar, and customize it back to whatever they want.

I was hoping there was some kind of "Viewer" out there like there is for powerpoint slide shows...?

What you need to do is save your database as an MDE file, which is basically a shell of your original program. The only thing you need to take into consideration is that once its converted you can't make any code or table changes in the MDE file. IF you have any more questions just let me know.

Access Runtime version is available with the Developer's version of Access. This allows Access to run on machines that don't have Access on them. If Access is already installed, you can still force the database to open in a runtime environment by using /runtime in a shortcut to the database. Mike Rohde

Excellent - that is exactly what I was looking for!
Now how about this - how can you put your own title in the blue title bar at the very top of the window (using the runtime application)?

That can be set in the database by going to tools-->startup and changing the application title. Mike Rohde
