Access Database using Windows Authentication - IIS 6

Hello

I running into problem when i have windows authentication verifying user in Active Directory and connecting to the database.
I am getting below error
login failed for user NT/Authority\Anonymous logon

I do not have Anonymous logon checked on ISS directory security but Windows Integrated Authentication is checked.

I would like to have the user verified in Active directory when he access the app and connects to the database to retrieve. I am not sure i could do that or not
