Access data on the web

I run my office on an Access 2010 database.
I want to provide my sales team with tablets (Android because of cost and the Surface pro is currently not avialable) so that they can capture orders electronically.

My requirements are:
* Sales team need access to the lastest data (only those tables that are applicable e.g. customer, products & pricing)
* Sales team need to be able to capture new orders and new customers
* Captured data needs to be updated inside offe database

What is the best method to adopt to achieve the above?

The best solution is probably to buy software or a service that does this. Access 2010 has the possibility of being hosted in SharePoint.

No idea on the 3rd party. I'm not involved with sales at my company. I expect you could search the web or check sales magazines/journals.
