Access data error ?

Hi all

I have developed a database, and when opening the database on another desktop i get the message below.

You do not have the necessary permissions to use the \\mynetwork\software\special positions database\special positions 2006.mbd’object. Have your system administrator or the person who created this object establish appropriate permission for you.

Is this a access problem or a users restricted access ?

Does the database have user level security and, if so, is the database being opened with the correct security (.mdw) file?
