I've created a process that utilizes the data collection via email in Access 2007. The issue I'm running into is I have multiple people that need the ability to export the data from a single email account to the Access DB. We have configured profiles for the users so they have access to the mailbox. They can send and receive email from the mailbox. The issue is even when sending from the mailbox (mailbox = userB), only the original account that sent the email is allowed to export the data. All of the individuals can see the emails, but they do not get the option to export. Each user is logged on the network with their own account (user = UserA). When they startup Outlook, they select the profile they intend to use (userB). Do they need to be actually logged on the network with the mailbox account (userB)?? Any ideas??
